WeWork’s Empire State coworking space is a six-level spectacle in one of Manhattan’s busiest commercial corridors. But it’s not just media and public relations companies that make their home here. A healthy range of companies from diverse industries have set up shop, large and small. Getting around couldn’t be simpler, with the N, Q, R, B, D, F, and M trains departing from Herald Square. After work, take your team out to karaoke at Radio Star to celebrate a big win, or choose from a great beer selection at the Ginger Man—both nearby. When you need professional amenities, a great location, and a friendly vibe, consider this New York coworking space.
I have to say that whenever I have been to a WeWork location the staff have all been friendly but the staff here at WeWork 5th Avenue are some of the nicest I have met.
In fact, I’ve had experience of working in 5 of their locations across the entire United States and I still think these guys are the best! They can never do enough to help, answer all your questions really quickly and anything they can sort out there and then, they will do it. I travel a lot which is how I have got such a lot of insight into other WeWork spaces but this one stands out; the atmosphere here makes you excited to get to work in the morning!
They have great TGIM breakfasts here to enjoy which is a big plus. Some of the other WeWorks may have a more modern look and feel as this is one of their first locations – the second I think – but they are renovating and the plans look so good, look out for the exciting new updated WeWork 5th Avenue!
This is my office building and I think it may be one of the oldest WeWork locations. It is not as flashy as some of the newer ones but the staff here make it a really great place to work and it is a perfect way of making sure you get your work done. T
he only negatives I can think of is that on 7 of the 8 floor the coffee is not stocked after 3.30 in the afternoon. Also the elevators can be slow because there’s no service elevator for staff. Other than that it is an awesome place to work.
