Located in the center of Manhattan, on Broadway between 29th and 30th, close to all forms of transportation, we offer Members a social and energetic vibe coupled with the best elements of a workspace designed to foster both professional success and personal well being.

Located in the center of Manhattan at 1204 Broadway, District is the epicenter of innovation. Our mission is connect influencers, innovators, thought leaders and doers together to accelerate change! We offer beautiful, open work spaces with dedicated desks as well as private offices for individuals and teams. We host meetups, launch parties, demo nights, startup mixers, and other professional development events. Members are invited to exclusive events curated by our team and are welcome to organize private events.

Members have access to a designer lounge, relaxing rooftop, phone booths, kitchen and conference rooms. At District, members can also sell their products in our Broadway storefronts.

Equipped with high-speed internet, printers designer ergonomic furniture, and cleaning services, we offer entrepreneurs a space to focus on developing their businesses. We take care of the rest.
